Klarna

She contributed to the evolution of Klarna's consumer experience by designing end-to-end product journeys across the Klarna app.

Her work focused on features including the Scanner, onboarding experience, and One Klarna, taking ideas from discovery through research, interaction design, prototyping, and user testing to final implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, she translated user insights into intuitive product experiences, refining complex flows through continuous iteration and validation.

Particular attention was given to reducing friction, improving usability, and creating interactions that felt simple, reliable, and seamless.

Through a user-centred design process, she helped shape product experiences that made everyday financial tasks more accessible while contributing to a consistent and scalable experience across the Klarna ecosystem.
